How to get help with BikeFit calculators, report an issue, and where to find professional bike fitting support.

Getting help
BikeFit calculators run entirely in your browser, so most questions are answered on the tool pages themselves. Each calculator includes a "How to measure" guide for every input, an explanation of what the result means, and a fine-tuning checklist.
If something looks wrong, re-check your inputs first — an inseam measured in the wrong place is the most common cause of an unexpected result.
Reporting an issue
Support channels are being set up. In the meantime, the About BikeFit page explains how the estimates are built, and every result page lists the limitations that apply to the numbers you see.
Professional bike fitting questions
BikeFit calculators provide starting estimates only. For persistent pain, numbness, an injury concern, or a position you cannot get comfortable in, consult a qualified bike fitter or healthcare professional — they can observe you on the bike and adjust for factors no online tool can measure.
Read the Privacy Policy for how measurements are handled, and the Terms of Service for the limits of the calculations.
